Anyone have any methods or know of any good video camea mounts to fit the sv pointy? Only catch for me is tank mounts are no good as i have a blue screen on
Its only to take a little SD card video camera with the usual screw and peg type mount.
Cheers
I've got a similar issue, where I'm at at the moment isto try to mount the camera on to the front fork, bside the mudguard. but it moved when using the velcro, gonna try cable ties when I get back to work.
I did think about putting a couple of screws under the nose (into the black plastic) to hold it, but thats gonna leave holes if I remove it.
Other option is to do something with the screws that hold on the screen.
I tried using the bar conector on the wing mirror arm, but it's too small.
If you figure somethingout can you post a picture.....
I'll do the same if I figure it out too.

The best solution i can come up with so far is this http://www.ram-mount-uk.com/ram-b-149z-c1.htm
But it seems a little on the large side for discreetly mounting a camera. Someone must surely manufature something that fits other than to the tank?
I have a picture in my mind of an 'L' shaped bracket modified to clamp tightly to the forks (maybe via jubilee clip?) with a small base plate with universal holes in it to put a screw through and into the camera...maybe ill have to get some tools out! Ill keep my eyes peeled, MiniG.

Try Bob Telfer at Telferizer------does specific mounts for specific models of bikes and he is very helpful

Ram mounts are good, or save yourself some money and switch back to the clear screen.
