So in my quest to attend as many meets as possible, you lot have one? A regular spot/pub that you like to turn up at?

Why not? - he brings cake......
I could bring cake if people would like that... ;-)
Plus look at me I'm so cuddly and loveable.
and he makes a good Personal Security guard lol
I don't look as scary as I did... In fact its all rather dull now.
Don't tell him.:silent: :-# :-$
Well any clues... or should I just ride up that way and travel about until I find someone.

AFAIK they don't have regular meets due to them being spread thin over a large area.
However there is a Sunday rideout in a couple of weeks. :D
Sundays are no good for me as that's normally family time, so back in Pompy.
Yup no local meet I am afraid - just too few of us spread very thinly :(
How about local haunts that people go to in the week, in Portsmouth I a be sure if I go up Portsdown hill any day there will be a biker there.
On a Friday evening there is a general biker meet at the Swan in Great Yarmouth - gets really packed during the summer but there arent many great routes to it from where I am - also Hunstanton on a Sunday is another main place to go.
Anything mid week? Unless your telling me the whole of East Anglia is dead mid week.

Oh... so no one owns a SV anymore and no one goes out?
Actually I am misleading you a bit - I am talking about places nearer to me - if you venture Cambridge way there is the Hartford Marina (http://www.hartfordmarina.co.uk/) on a Tuesday night but thats a bit far for me on a week night...

East Anglia is dead 24/7.
The only meets you find are if you have a Tractor.
All the excitement went out of East Anglia once the Vikings settled down and started breeding with the western indigenous scum. The place kinda went downhill from there. ;)

Mmmh, direct from work... thats.. 78.1 mi – about 1 hour 38 mins. Might be possible...
From here its 77.0 mi – about 1 hour 31 mins but 100% dual carriageway all the way - not my idea of fun :(
Well it could be something for me to do tonight, if the weather clears up a touch.
Its on a TUESDAY though Dan!
Bugger. Almost a very lonely visit.
If you do decide to visit this way (Hertford Marina say) - PM me and I'll make an effort to attend and represent the region!
I suspect if you chose a date and published it you might persuade a few people to do likewise.

Pretty much hit the nail on the head, they're all Grandads around here except for me and Ady.

As above, me and Ady, possibly Mr Speirs. And funnily enough at the moment, we all own SV's :D
You back on an SV plowsie? I am out of touch.
And I'm not aware of having any children let alone grandchildren.
I just haven't been very good at following the forum this year.

Yes my dear boy, a big bright yella one, almost fixed too :) Looking good, added a few persoanl mods to it :) Was fairly standard until I got some road rash to it :)
I know, you are the exception to my answer as we have been out a couple of times this year.
I've not been out a fraction of what I'd like to.
Early on that was me trying to pressure myself to sorting the forks out. I relented in the end and rode it anyway - but I have at least sorted them now. After that it's been a combination of ****e weather and or me feeling ****e.
If we get a good evening I'd be up for taking some snaps for you.

Yeah and I need to go out a few times and get back into the schwing of knee downs before you get any piccies lol.
And been up on crutches atm really doesn't help, even though i am at work on the bike :D
Well I might plan something next week, though not 100% at the moment.
