Do they go over your pillion seat or do you have to remove the seat to fit them?
has hole been drilled through it for some reason?
that's how it fits apparently one there and one on the front
i didn't have instructions with them
i had two but i put a seat base on mine

The holes were there for you to either bolt brackets to it so you could unlock it to remove or to bolt it straight to the bike, its a Powerbronze one if that helps.
thanks dave i have updated it
if any one on here wants it make me an offer and i will take it off ebay

Anyone know about leaving the pillion seat on and slipping the cowl over or do you have to remove the seat?

This type (Powrebronze) does not clip over the seat, you either destroy a rear seat and fix the brackets onto the cowl or you bolt the cowl down.

Ta dave, for future reference do you know how I find out which do?
the only one i seen over the seat was on a honda firestorm
if you think how far forward your seat is a cover would be enormous
could always get your seat recoverd in a color to match your bike

Ermax make one that clips over the OEM rear seat, most replace the seat (Suzuki/Pyramid/Targa), and Powerbronze either bolt down or you have to destroy the OEM pillion seat.

They do not make them anymore so I would hazard a guess that they are only selling what is left in stock, oh... and the black isn't a colour match.

Oh ok fair enough, i took at look at one and there's high stock availability, must just be the popularity of the blue.
Cheers.
