Fitting lower fairings problems. V frustrated.

Ive got o/e lower fairings for my K4S and just cant get the alignment/ fitment right. There are 4 bolts per side and at best can only get 3 to line up no matter which way I try it.

Im ok with a spanner and have fitted car panels etc in the past but this is doing my nut.

Are they usually this bad a fit, especially considering they arent pattern but o/e?

Loosen off the fitting on the radiator slightly, turn the bracket slightly to suit and then try again. It's normally that one that won't line up and should only be tightened once you've got the alignment right.

When they are fitted correctly they line up quite nicley for what is essentially an aftermarket pattern part that's been adopted by Suzuki. I managed to fit a new set to my rebuilt SK5 after I'd smashed it, and had no problem lining everything up.

i fid the best way is to fit every bolt 'just' and then tighten up as you go, worked for me with alighnment and stuff
