If the runners can have them, then im sure the cyclists can.
I use the word loosely as im including anything with pedals in this, MTBs, Road bikes etc. Now I havent done any cycling of the sort for about 4 months now however I am getting a turbo trainer to step up the rehab this week and im looking forward to getting back on.

Please share with me your snippets of pedalling action. I know there are a lot of keen roadies on here, likewise those who like it dirty :D
