Anyone experience these so called thunder storms and torrential rain?
I was on ride out today only got a couple spots of a shower just as we left grafam water. On my way back home it was wet but no sign of Thunder or Lightening or torrential rain.
Was slightly looking forward to a good Storm.

We had them in Worthing this morning and during the night- really heavy rain. Think that there will be more to come tonight as well.
I heard there would be a wet triangle between Liverpool, Grimsby and Birmingham.

Rode up to stonehaven today, took off my lid and heard thunder. Then it started to rain. Put my lid back on and the rain chased me back down the coast. Hasn't reached here yet

Love storms and ridden in a few.
Going home from work while lightning was hitting the fields on either side of me, cool, but scary a little.
I was dissapointed too - we'd got all the horses in and bedded them down because there was supposed to be a really downpour and thunder last night...
... nothing...
... nada...
... zilch...
... zip...
... bah! I love a good storm.:(
That said at least it does seem alot clearer today - less muggy and oppressive.
