Exhaust fitment

I've just decided that i want to buy a nice new exhaust but was wondering if there are exhausts from other bikes that will fit my 99 sv.cheers

Do you mean aftermarket exhausts? Lots of the cans are generic but need different link pipes, you will almost certainly need to buy a link pipe...

i take it,its standard down pipes/full system you still have on the bike at the min? if so you can buy a conection sleev for it and then yes other cans from other bikes will fit just get the rite size.
