Does anyone use or have used a whisper kit for their lid?
Reading the blurb they sound great but do they actually work?

I was just looking on racevisors.com, they seem to be the cheapst place to get visors from and offer free delivery as well. They sell both genuine Shoei visors and non genuine "TT visors" the Shoei visor is £38 and the TT £29. Would I be better off not being a tight **** and getting the Genuine shoei?
Cant make my mind up whether to go for dark tint/ black or silver mirror:confused:

Any opinions welcomed :D

I got my Shoei dark visor for 32 quid, free p&p from offshore motorcycle parts, they posted it very quickly too.

Can't comment much on the iridium visor, but as far as I know they don't shade the sunlight anywhere near as well as a dark tint visor. It depends if you're going for looks or buying it for a somewhat practical reason.

I bought one of the TT visors (light tint). While it does what it says on the tin, I think it feels a little flimsy compared to standard fitment.

Get genuine visors . I have found that quite a few Arai visors I have bought with Iridium on them are usually genuine Arai Dark tints with a coating on them , not sure if the same is correct with Shoei .

TT visor - happy with it. I have the dark tint and love it.

Thanks for the replys.
I do want the visor for prctical reasons, so have gone for the dark/black tint. Managed to get a brand new genuine one from fleabay for £25 inc. postage.
Just got to order that whisper kit now.
