PS that picture is the actual damper fitted to my bike.

Yes we all know dampers are basically bling before this thread gets de-railed too. It's about 12 position adjustable I think by the way, from barely noticable, to massively damped.

How old is the shock, what weight is it sprung for and when was it last serviced? let me know, I'll be online as pack stuff tonight. Back on Sunday.

Good questions, just need to rack my brain!!

As above, I bought it brand new, it hasn't had a service since then but has only covered about 6k miles I believe. When I bought it, I had them spring it for 14.5 or 15 stone rider I think. One of the two.

If you want some pics, pm me an email address, and I'll have to detach it from the bike to get them sorted for you.

£200 for shock and emulators :D ........ well worth a try just every other shock is sprung for 10 stoners grrr

I'm not that desperate to raise cash:o

If you're of robust build as I am though, if you're interested I've got some race tech springs for similar weight which I could do you a deal with the emulators, if you talk sensible money.

You know, I wish I'd have thought about this as it's now been removed from my bike.

Thinking outside the box though, my dad owns an "N" model so I'll look at whether it fits for you.
