electrical fault

Hi, every time i go to use the starter on my bike it blows the ignition fuse, i can bump start it and it stays running there just seems to be a problem with the starter motor. It is k8 naked with an acumen alarm, the alarm is working fine still. Will be dropping it to the shop later just wandered if there was anything obvious to look at

Since it's a K8, it's under warranty. IMO, don't mess with it, just let the dealership do their work - you don't want to invalidate the warranty.

Have you made any electrical mods other than the alarm? Could well be the alarm...Do what Baph says, get it back there...
