Hello folks,

A few weeks ago, my bike was knocked over. Not too much damage - I know, I was lucky - but the rear brake lever feels pretty loose. I'm guessing the bolt that attaches the lever, is possibly bent, and/or the nylon bush is perished.

Anyway, my local Suzuki dealer told me I could buy the bolt and bush seperately and said they would order me one in. Chased it up today and now they are changing their story and saying they can get me the bolt, but I would need to buy the whole lever assembly for nigh on £50 to get the nylon bush.

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance. Cheers

BS mate, you can get all the part individually. Have a look here (http://alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm) for the parts you need and then order them from Robinsons (http://www.robinsonsfoundry.co.uk/shop/index.php/parts/index.html). It should take 1-3 days to arrive.

Cheers DD - appreciated.

I never get much help from that particular dealer...they're probably just not interested as theres not much money in the parts I need.

They make no money in OEM parts, what it costs you is what it costs them.
