looking at gettin an exhaust for my 2005 pointy, been looking about and have come a cross a nice and fairly cheep on, although the fittment guide is says its for a 2004 K4, is there any difference between a k5 and a k4?

The K4 and K5 have the same system, so it won't be a problem.

does anyone know what the micron Zeta Oval Muffler is like? does it sound any good?

Is it just a slip-on you are going for or a full system?

Any exhaust sounds better on the SV than the standard!
