sorry...another car question.....

theres a mobile phone holder in my dash of new motor.....its a golf mk4....not the usual one that would leave holes in the dash...this one has 2 bits that slip down the slight gap between the air con / heater controls.and the dash...

i cant see how i remove it...anyone know??...ive cut the wire..removed the actual holder..and the arial from the back....but cant get the bracket off.....

slightly random but maybe someone has done this before then hopefully it will makes sense!!!

is it a brodit holder? google it and you'll get pictures. if it is it's expensive and if you don't need it remove it carefully and flog it on ebay
