World Mental Health Day

So..tomorrow is world mental health day (Friday 10th October) so if any of you live/travel pass a hospital/mental health service then expect to see lots of crazy antics..!

One such antic where I work involves "the great bed escape" where: a collective of campaigners will symbolically escape St Ann’s Psychiatric Hospital in Tottenham. Dressed in pyjamas we will go ‘on the run’ and push a psychiatric bed across North London to Parliament Hill.

Ooh, never heard of this before, guess it hasn't happened around the same time as various family members have been in a psychiatric hospital, though that changes this year :p

I should think that it'd be quite amusing to watch :D
