Please can anyone tell me if they use Thunder Road as i would like some opinions on them??

i bought a new lid off them last year. found them friendly and helpfull enough. cant say on the service side tho but i came away pleased

i was after the service side. I got a story to tell but don't want to go tarnishing reputations until i've given them a chance.

pricey yes, good job no. Loose spark plug lead from a service saturday and 3 hour to do a 600 mile and 4k service each time.
And being a technican for 35 years makes them untouchable gods who can wheelie at 90 degrees to the road without even a twitch

where are you living? if your not far from newport theres a place ive been using for years. M and M moters in junction road off durham road. the guy who owns it is called mark but its richard who works on the bikes, he knows suzukis as he used to work for a main dealer

last time i went there he put a new PR2 on the rear for me fo a tenner and his servicing averages 90 odd quid

bought the service plan. Wanted my money back but can't do much on it but claim for my breakdown on saturday according to Consumer Direct.

Used them twice, they did and ok job, but pricey. It was within warrantee period so needed the stamp.
