Hi there.

It's way later than it should be, but I've had the dilemma of the video being too long for YouTube i.e. over 10mins. I shot some footage from the SV Ecosse Glencoe Massacre this year and managed to edit it down to about 19mins and 680MB. Trouble is that I don't really want to splt it into two parts for YouTube. It might be the best answer in the end though.

Any ideas of a site that I could upload to that doesn't bombard its visitors with pop-ups and viruses etc, etc?

Cheers,

even if you uploaded the file to a file share site so ppl could download ... 90% of potential customers would be put of by the thought of waiting for >2/3gig to d/l ;)

I know you said you'd prefer not to, but splitting it in two and youtubeing it seems the best way to me ...

What about Photobucket or Flickr ? I dont know if they have size limits on vids though...

Vimeo.com could be a option if you could squeeze it down to 500 Meg.

Edit: http://www.veoh.com/ seems to be what your after. I've never used it but checking it's FAQ tells me it's free and there's no limit size or time wise. :)
