Ok folks

Ive got this "friend" and at this friends work he thinks somone working there is doing something not quite right. Basically my friend has noticed that somones ebay acount shows that somone in the company has sold "what appears to be" company laptops and upgrades for the company phones. Along with various other bits and bobs.

So what should my friend do? on the one hand they dont want to get the person into troubble (loose there job) and on the other they know its very wrong.

Your thourghts?

Get the 'friend' to speak to the person.

If your friend knows about something, and doesnt report it, then potentially they could be in as much trouble as the guilty party.

Do the right thing...end of.

Shop them in. It'll only end in tighter policies that'll affect everyone else and make you're working lives worse.

Look at how health and Saftey has gone.

Sneeze sir?? Not until you have completed the hazards and risks form, tightened your hard hat incase you knock you head when it goes forward, and put on your goggles incase your eyes shoot out of your head

**SORRY ABOUT THE ABOVE **

Shop the bugger in

I agree as above, it must be reported. Eventually someone at the company will notice, they always do eventually. At that point, if your "Friend" is found to have known but not done anything they will also get in trouble.

Anonymous note to the MD saying that you believe that there is theft of company property taking place and they need to investigate PDQ
