Im suspicious too.
The Muppet looks too far forward to be in the passenger seat. The drivers face is swirled out and the height of the camera is too low its about the same height as someone standing on the side of the road.

Some speed cameras on the continent are that high, I remember some in Switzerland were head height. Still dodge.
