O.k so ignoring the obvious i.e cr*p hugger, various unpainted bits, mismatched wheels, cr*p mirrors, massive numberplate, wires strewn everywhere and the fact that a fleas fart will blow it over, what does everyone think?

Are those Ducati lights? If so, they look better on yours than on a 999 :)

What mirrors are they? And how have you mounted the RHS one- on the brake lever mount or on it's own mount?
I'm looking out for the brake and clutch perches on ebay but not finding them at the right price :p

Nice,I like it  I think it just needs a seat cowl.
What rear shock are you using ?

Not sure what they're from, just searched for projector lights on flea bay and they appeared!

Mirrors from flea bay again, only a tenner although think they are slight seconds 'cos they come with a few scratches. The clip-ons are TL 1000 ones and they had a hole pre-drilled, just opened it up to 9mm and tapped a new thread, positioning isn't ideal, all i can see in them is my shoulders! :)

Yeah just waiting on a cowl to be honest, the shock is from a Ninja, ZX7 i think. Put longer dogbones on it to lower the back end although think i might put the originals back on because the pegs scrape far too early for my liking!

Where did you get your exhaust link pipe? Is the can mounted?

Is it a crashed repaired?

Seriously, looks good. I find the mismatched levers more noticeable than the mismatched wheels tbh. Are the headlights any good? How's the speedo? Do you mis a rev counter?

Any chance of a mudguard sometime soon? (What do you need I might have it)

Looks great. Lots of little nifty bits on it. How was the wiring on the speedo - easy?

For me the lights would be better side by side and in a cowling of some sort. The forks need to be black. The exhaust is OK but seeing as you are not going to be able to pillion, I'd change the rear plastics for a single seat job. The mirrors are way too high and look like antlers. They need to be much closer to the clip-ons.

Other than that, I think it's going to look the dogs danglies when finished.

Looking good that fella, if a little bare at the front. But whatever floats your boat, I'm a triumph owner ;). You might want to give that torque arm a paint though it looks a bit out of place next to that black swinger.

It's the link pipe supplied with the can (although it didn't fit and was a right git to get on)

Nope not crashed repaired, stripped it down completely to get the frame and engine powder coated/painted. Yes the levers are a bit of an eyesore, once i come back from Afghanistan i plan on making everything black. Headlights are o.k to be honest. Ones brighter than the other, not sure i'd trust them on an unlit unknown road but for now they're fine :) Speedo's not connected as yet 8-[ The clock has a rev counter but that's not working yet either! Think i quite like the non-mudguard look although for the sake of my radiator i shall probably get one soon.

I agree with the seat cowl and hugger thing, and as for the mirrors, they were simply a quick fix to get it through the MOT, would have liked the newer black forks but my budget didn't quite stretch that far. Thanks for the compliment though :)

:) Got a stainless steel torque arm ready to bolt on, just waiting to get it sprayed black along with the rest of the bits!

Thanks for all your comments :)

ok - THAT is the best one ive seen. Lests get some photos of radically modded svs up. All I see are lower fairings and high level pipes. Wanna be inspired! ;)

A bit over 4 by 3 metres, me and dad built it over christmas last year. The door is tall enough for me to walk in and out of with my lid on too, important that. I reckon 6 bikes could fit in there, there's plenty of room :) It's lovely with one bike in it sideways to work on too.

Yeah. Haven't got six bikes to play with but if you had to they'd go in, with room to spare I reckon.

Tis a special, we made up some ground anchors from a scaffold tube and put them in place when we concreted the base. The only thing we need to do is seal the concrete floor, tis bloody dusty.
