Hello to all,
Just thought i would raise my head above the parapet and say hello. My new baby is due to arrive on Monday 03 November (its felt like and eternity) a spanking new SV650s Sport K9 in blacker than black......
It will be down in the Medway Towns so keep an eye out for an upright and probably cold bloke!

Dont be cold - get some good textiles, wear a few thin layers underneath, get some heated grips fitted and some handlebar muffs. And ride all winter :D

reeto evosapper, take it easy ont sv for now. srub them tyres in gently for a hundred miles or so then stay smooth.

theres a couple of oldies too who are more antisocial than many of the youngies. They used to have an SV that scared the bejeezus outta me...

You'll be disappointed though, even our new 50mm cans are quieter than our stubby was:(

Rictus on here let me into a secret at AR06. I had my Daytona 650 then. His advice to make the can that wee bit noisier was to introduce what he called 'a controlled leak'. So out I went and bought a few washers, took the can off, and replaced it with the few washers on the bolts. Oh what a difference:D I can't do it with the 675:(
