Well this morning at 0800 I marched into the office for the yearly Psychiatric exam, and this year I passed with flying colours!

This is part one of three for my return to ‘full’ work examination, part two comes tomorrow and is fitness, and the over the next two weeks part three will come into play at some point and will be a mock call out.

Now I need to break the bad news to the miss’……

I am sure it will come as a shock to her.

Congratulations on not being declared Broadmoor worthy and I hope the rest works out ok for you.

I'll give it a month or two, then I'll stop acting... ;)

Will do...

Got the 8k run with 40kg Bergen tomorrow morning, directly followed by the assault course and a swim in the ocean. I have a recalibration test in the afternoon, I can not divulge (sorry).

Passed the fitness, I got three marks but I passed. Left ankle is a little swollen and sore, but it has only been two months since the screws were removed from it. Recalibration went well, I have been playing with this for a few months now anyway so was confident.

Sign for all the new kit next week, then have a choice on which team to join/lead. The miss' is thrilled that I have got to the point I was at in my career before the accident, although she is very worried now that I am back to the old duties.
