250 miles ... 1 day ... are you sure that was fun?? ;)
how long did it take you? did you do better than the predicted 5:51?? ;)
It was hella fun. Total time was approximately 7:50, but that included multiple coffee stops, one refuel, getting slightly lost and riding around in a 5-mile circle once and spending some time sitting in my brother's house drinking tea and ooohhing over his new SV ;)
Best part? The only rain was a 2 second light shower. :thumright:

that looks fun, apart from the two cities at the beginning and end  lol, bit of a contrast to the gorgeous Lakes :D Glad you enjoyed yourself, you should go on the next Hardy Biker's rideout!
Right past my front door (well, back door, I live just off the M66).
Next time, might I suggest bearing left at Whalley and heading up through the Trough of Bowland. Some great roads up there, especially midweek... they're almost empty.
Looks like a mighty ride out!
Hopefully doing something similar soon

Minor grammar foot-in-mouth moment to boot.
Epic on-the-day-foot-in-mouth moment:
MJ: Yeah, but they can't make electric bikes because without the engine rotating they'd fall over.
On a side-note, never, ever, EVER give her espresso. Ever.

The mammoth amount of...two.
Though we did spend an hour with my brother who just signed up here under the name of Kretha, so technically 3 .orgers!
Yeah, really we just have no friends :(
