OK I am watching 'Come dine with me' - sad I know but can't be bothered to get up and grab the control.

Giving me an idea, may do some cooking, proper cooking. What shall I do???? Somethin a bit different and a challenge. Ideas and recipes please !!

I'm about to make some vegetable soup or baby food as my housemate calls it lol.

Spaghetti carbonara is pretty east to make and delicious too.

I just made Risotto with Chicken on the top and had a nice Coffee with it .

Spag bol is so simple even from scratch! why anyone would buy a pot of the ready made sauce is beond me!

either that or a chilli! chilli's good cos you can use the remains of whats left in a chilli pasta bake the for the next day! :)

Shell,cooking is something out the norm for me too. :)

I've always disliked cooking, till recently when I was given a very simple recipe book, 'Jamie's Ministry of Food'

The recipes are really simple and easy to follow.

I made a minced beef wellington which went down a treat with my guests. :cheers:

LOL I don't Mike, I eat sandwiches for lunch whilst at work if I can be bothered and usually nothing of an evening, if I get hungry I have crisps or sweets.

I am lazy and hate shopping. Hence cooking is out of the norm and I will only do it if I have company :D bad I know but I been like that for years. Ain't half cheap !
