I`ve seen one of these , I recognise the exhaust burn protector thingy and remember somebody boasting about the Hi-Level exhaust avoiding water for some reason .

Clue time . The motor and electrics are Japanese, the suspension is Italian but the manufacturer was a bit closer to home ;)

Or a bit easy? It's not as extremely well know like the honda c50/90. The spokes, kickstart, bellypan and exhaust are quite recognisable to me...but I've worked on one.
