What condition is the left hand hand grip in?

Mines slightly torn, and i would like to replace it.

ah right first of all I'm in brum, perry barr, the left hand grip is very good it came off the bike in one piece (right hand one had to be hacked off with a knife) it had been on the bike since I had it 3.5k miles before that 4k miles I presume same grip but it has minimal wear to it and no rips.
