one thing to bare in mind is that you will need to have the ecu remaped or buy a power commander

Look very nice but a bit pricey for me. What will you do with your indicators?

Yep if your looking at a can under the £200 mark, then a beowulf warrior looks good & sounds great,my mates got one on his cbr600f & it sounds well, although i've heard them on the sv and they sound even better.hth.

What's point of laser system? Is it butchered standard pipwork or a proper system?

zsv650

So is renegade but they just cut a hole and weld another linkpipe into the back end of standard system. Adds no power. Is laser bigger pipework or better flowing collector and splitter?

pieice of pi$$, either a good hacksaw or an angle grinder :)

zsv650
15-11-08, 11:32 PM
i know that bit's easy it's what inside the pipe do you just yank it out or what ive seen the later ones have like some kind of crap catching wadding in the pipe trial and error i spose hopefully it'll be more trial than error though.

in the pipe? eh? the link pipe you cut through?

zsv650
15-11-08, 11:37 PM
yeah with my old one nout inside it these new ones have got all kinds of eu emissions hocus pocus going on in there.

kwak zzr
15-11-08, 11:43 PM
narrrr there is an inner lining tea strainer kind of pipe as part of the inside but you'll just slice through that as well.

DarrenSV650S

With my K3 the link pipe is two layers of metal with a thin gap in between with wadding in it. The inner pipe is perforated. It's easy to cut through with a hacksaw

zsv650
15-11-08, 11:47 PM
do i need to save the wadding and can you get a recconection sleeve like i did with my old one.

DarrenSV650S
15-11-08, 11:57 PM
The wadding wont come out. Just chop through it then slip on the new link pipe which you will get with the fuel can

The underseat exhausts are for K3 only, they will fit on a K4 onwards but you will have clearence issues.
