Quick question, do the disks between the carbed and injected models cross over, I believe the wheels do with a bearing change but don't know about the disks.

Nope, Pointy disc's are flat whereas Curvy disc's are dished. Which ever wheel you fit the brake disc must be of the same model (Pointy/Curvy)
