I made myself a PVC Corset a while back, lovely... Laced up the back with Purple ribbon.

However sowing PVC is really not very easy, it kept sticking in the machine and was a real pain, because bad stitching shows up. However, the eyelets were even harder to fit and I had to reinforce the material quite a lot.

I am not sure I fit in to it any more. :smt088

PVC is ok, got plent of it in the wardrobe, but rubber is far more kinky ;-) Better for showing the off curves as it doesn't wrinkle like PVC...its just more expensive, but at least if you buy a size too small it stretches perfectly to your fit:-)

PVC is cheap and nasty - ann summer tart wear!!

Rubber expensive but so much better - more practical then leather in certain applications
(usless as a decent corset whereas leather is much better)
also need loads of talculm powder (not baby oil) to get it on smoothly
feel better too - but hides nothing:(

Finally finished it, then wore it out to the Opeth Gig. Hence being Gothed to the nines...

Despite it looking blue in the picture, the ribbon is a deep purple and is really nice. Sowing this stuff was a nightmare and I am never doing it again. It sticks in the machine and sowing by hand does not give me the neatness I like. Lacing it up is fun, it takes Carol lacing it and me holding the ends to stop it coming loose. Thanks honey, you are and Angel.
