News thats almost a month old, but a quick use of the search didn't turn it up.

Maybe was discussed while I was away and I missed it, but, just in case

its a good move, but i think id feel more vulnerable surrounded by double deckers than i would cars, plus having to overtake stopped buses all the time as they dont look they just pull away....still should be good lol

Now we just have to get the cyclists OUT of the bus lanes.

Well its because of slow moving cyclists that buses are forced OUT of the bus lanes themselves.....

hehe

There for Buses? I never see a bus in the bus lane, its normally 4 abreast with cycles and a taxi following slowly behind.

Don't we all use buse lanes habitually anyway? The only difference will be that we can sit in the middle of them rather than hugging the thick white line at the edge, a little too close to stationary traffic.

I had a moment this evening: I haven't changed the clock on the GSXR since the clocks went back, so at 6.10pm the clock said it was an hour later. Trundling along between Vauxhall and Battersea I slotted into the 7am-7pm bus lane thinking I was alright. Hope there were no cameras on the stretch in question - I'm on 9 points already and if I get a TT ban for being in a sodding bus lane I really will find that hard to take on the chin.

- riding home, odometer thingy showing the clock and

I am pretty certain the bus lane offence is a fine only mate - like a parking ticket.
