Apparently, the guy wasn't being very forthcoming with his insurance company, but once legal action was threatened, he caved!

Silly question time.......could there be issues as you were parked in a bus bay? I guess I a asking if it was illegally parked, if so you may have a fight on your hands. You know what these insurance companies are like, anything to not pay up. Hope it's a clear cut case for you though! [-o<
