Well after the AR and a couple of other trips, Vixis expressed some mild annoyance with the comfort levels of the Z750.
Ok, so those that know her, or have heard her talk on the subject will realise that mild is probably an inaccurate word.
So as will have been noticed due to a couple of threads from me looking for Z750/Z1000 seats, and even finding a spare rider seat it was decided that more comfortable seating was required.
It so happened that Bagster started doing a Seatster which meant that I no longer needed to find donor seats, so one was ordered.
Well it got here yesterday and was tried out this morning, with positive comments being made.
Even looks quite good on the Zed - and I'm not usually a fan of single seats.
Sort out that can ffs. You could get another 2 Vespa scooters in there.

Thats what I'm doing next - just need to find the truth out about the exhaust valve and whether I need to find the money for a Power Commander on top of the £300 for the can......
I see you are just trying to emulate my bike David ;)
Goodo. I saw a Z750 this morning running a GP style pipe. Anyway, the seat looks real good mate. Im off to doodle over it now :)

Very nice mate, im loving your bike :-)
Doesn't look bad for a new Z..... :p
I think I need to get something like that. I'm all the wrong proportions for my curvy, so a comfy seat would be something gained :p
My brother has also migrated to Kwak territory and exchanged his SV to a 2004 Z750. Well his problems with the bike are:
(1) that his girlfriend has nothing to hold to while riding pillion. Any grabrails available for the bike except for that ugly black rod thing on ebay?
(2) suspension is crap and doesn't seem to absorb the bumps, what's available as regards rear shock?

I saw a vespa with a scorpion can on this afternoon, one that would fit an SV :-o
Seats look good David :)

When I have a spare £300 I will be getting one of these, but in satin black.

But having just spent £600 on new leathers, £1k on insuring the Zed and £600 to get the SV back, it might have to wait a bit (well until I get the claim money for the lid I had to replace after the crash with the SV sorted out)

Well I will have to bow to your judgement, seeing as you talk from the Ghey side of the border :P

I've not discovered any. Love handles are defo the way forward. That magic non-slip stuff helps too.
