View Full Version : Unmarked Police car working A3
DX57GFV Silver Skoda Octavia VRS
Distinguishing features? erm .... a silver VRS less than 3 years old :smt102
There was also a camera outside, on the boot lid in the middle under the spoiler, could pass for a support for the spoiler.
No 3rd external wing mirror, pretty light on aerials.
So if you see him give him a  from me top job on closing the A3 tonight
thought you had been pulled again lol
Another one to add
MA58 EPZ
Ford Focus ST Grey
Distinguishing features? erm .... clean! :smt102 not much to go on I suppose, but it is quite significant in this weather.
Absolutely no 3rd wing mirror, aerials, or lights visible (unless the are flashing bright blue  )
He probably just wanted to show off that his blue led's are brighter than mine :smt019
Oh & it's not on the insurance register as being insured. Hope he doesn't get a tug 8-[

That's the thing.. the newer cars are getting very hard to spot.
How did you know they were coppers?
Ride past and see the uniforms (And then jam on the anchors to bring yourself the safe side of mach 3 again?)

His flashing blue lights kinda gave the game away :(

There is also a Silver 08 Volvo estate V70 on the M27. It was heading towards Pompey at speed last night (blues and twos on)... Didn't get anymore of the plate....

Yawn we hear this soooo often it's getting rather tedious now

When the better weather gets here most of us will be up for rideouts, I for one get no pleasure from riding in the cold/wet weather as it really plays my knees up and most of us have families that take up riding time as well

We'll set Dirtydog on you Josh. As you can see from the pic above, Dirtydog is not someone you want to meet in a dark alley! ;)
*Admittedly this was in the summer of 2007 when I still had a motorbike. There were no GM rideouts in summer 2008 cos I sold my bike by then, and everyone decided it wasn't worth organising one without me there showing off my Pedrosa like riding skills, my sparkling wit, great personality, sexy leather clad physique, and unbelievable modesty. :D
well if no rideouts to happen in 2009 we can always raid other groups rideouts, that one did look very healthy though good turn out :)

Tsh.. I reckon that's just the old car park to the Britannia :p
As Law said, that was in the summer, so could easily be at about 8pm ;)
Uh oh... :batman:

Or maybe it's a case of we have loads of rideouts and just don't invite some of you?

Hehe, it was all these little bumpy B roads. Was amazing.
We've had some fantastic rideouts. Not so much this year due to the carp weather.

:smt019:smt019 Once I set the RS up properly it should be much better on the bumpy stuff, failing that i'll just use the SV now it's got it's SRAD front end on

Well all of us except Law of course ;)
You can go in any direction & can't help but fall over good roads. There's Pirbright twisties, roads to Alton, roads to Foxes Diner.
South on country roads Gomshall, Shere, Ewhurst, or Lurgashall to link up with the A272
Further West, A25, Ockley, Ranmore Common, roads to Brighton.
You would only struggle if you went North to London.
Woo it's sunny outside now :sunny: roll on Sunday, I'll be out riding :D
DanAbnormal

I will be out this weekend as well.
Shall we have a rideout?
Well Sunday morning is .... erm .... you'll have to get out your crucifix if I say it
Not sure I'll have much time for anything else as need to pack for hols :D
