As a few of you will well remember, In Feb this year Mummy Paws suffered a stroke.
She went to oxford hospital today for final scans etc and got the all clear , they are really happy with how shes doing/improved and have said that things are still healing but everything is going as it should be and everything is as normal as it will be.
Theyve said that shes at v low risk of it happening again and they think they know what caused it!
Mum was at her friends house doing her part time cleaning job-above her head was a box (like a safe buts its not), she forgot it was there-stood up and caught her head on corner-caught it hard enough to see stars and make her feel dizzy etc and swear, got it checked-no blood etc so thought it was all ok but said it was v v tender for good few weeks after....
Where the clot was an where she hit her head are round the same area, they think that the impact was enough to cause a bruise/bleed-but because its bone not like normal skin it had no where to go and so built up until she bent down to put the dogs lead on and the pressure make it go "pop"
Its great news, and just what we wanted to hear
Big thanks for all the support and msgs from when i posted up about it :smt008
