I don't usually do this! But my brother's Revolution Courier needed some work, new cassette and chain, and I noticed the rear wheel felt a wee bit rough, so I decided to strip the hub and regrease it all. And now I can't put it back together! It's different to my own bikes and I wasn't paying enough attention when i took it to bits, and dropped all the bits into a parts tray instead of keeping them in order. Fail...

Anyway- does anyone know what order to rebuild this in? It's the cassette side of a Deore hub, fitted with a shimano 8-speed freehub. The wheel is off a Courier but the rim isn't original, I'm not sure if the hub is.

(Yes, I know I should have removed it from the other side. I was tired...)

Hi there,

I work in a bike shop, so feel free to ask and I will endeavour to help if I can.

Nah, that's it sorted- I just carelessly mixed up the bits. On my own bikes, there are only about 3 parts on each side plus bearings, on my brothers' it turns out that it's made out of about 10 million bits
