Bikers Cafe in Moray

Heard rumours of the possible opening of a new bikers cafe just outside Elgin.

Has anyone heard anything about this, whether it is definitely going ahead or an opening date?

No but I might be able to find out, do you know the bike dealer/shop just as your going into Elgin, the guy who runs it is called Tom, good guy, if there is one on the cards he will likely know.

Thanks for the reply. I think you mean Tom Adamson's. He is next to MacDonalds. I haven't been in there recently but next time I go I'll ask and let you know.

The rumour that I had heard from a friend was that they were trying to get permission to convert what used to be the old antique shop/cafe (and previous to that it was a curry restaurant) at Pinewood on the way out of Elgin into a Bikers Cafe/shop, although there are some issues with the council.

If I do find out anything I'll be sure and post it.

Not heard anything yet but will post as soon as I know.

I work with a guy who is well into the latest news on the Moray bike scene but am not back at work till Monday (and I can't wait).

Hope 'summer' (!) in the Falklands is going OK.

Don't think Tom will have the shop open tomorrow but I will try on Sat.
