Viper exhaust?

Hi all, my friend has got a Suzuki Bandit k3 and is thinking of getting a stainless steel full standard exhaust system from Viper from Sandy bikes and I was wondering if anyone on here has used them and what they think of them ?

generally cheap o exhausts, nothing special, mate had one on his srad, nice sound when debaffled

Good, simple, budget exhausts.

No major problems that I have heard about.

cheers James & Dave, he just want's something that will last, not really bothered about the sound, he would prefer it to sound as standard. It's either the Sandy bikes one or one from Bandit mania which is more expensive.

If its any use I have a viper slip on my bike. Looks okay sounds good, I'm happy with it and did a good a job. I could take a picture if you want once I have cleaned the bike, its a dirty right now!

I bought a Viper slip on for my last bike, i got it cos i was skint at the time and it was only £60. Couldn't really fault it, sounded ok, fit was good and it looked ok to.

That's a little confusing, does he mean stuff like rivets popping on the end can and things like that? Obviously being stainless he's not likely to have any rust problems...

Hmmph. Same motor in the GSX600F (or is the K3 bandit a wet one?), the one I worked on had a motad-nexxus system on it.

Stainless can and link pipe ... lovely quality. Downpipes, perfect. Hmmm which bit is going to catch all the crud and rot, which bit is an awkward shape to weld? Hmmm ... yes they made the collector out of chromed mild steel. Cracking idea. Gah.

Yeah sorry, he's got the standard exhaust at the moment which has been welded on the collector pipe and he wants to replace it with a stainless system.
