Hy all , as some of you know i decided to go with a Honda for the first bike and bought this project bike

Well i ended up selling it as i have found another bike in Mint Condition and picked it up 2 days ago , it's no SV but it's a beautiful Honda Nighthawk 650

did any of these bikes ever see uk tarmac? I've never heard of any of them - then again I'm a young'n who doesn't know anything about the history of motorcycles... (pre-1990)

Yes they are pre 1990s the nighthawks are legendary for their reliability , it's common to see them on the road with 100,000 plus miles , my red one is a 1984 and has 20,000 miles and runs as if it just left the showroom floor and in cross country condition :mrgreen:

I think there are UK forums just for the hawks (i know i found them for sale there)

It's extremely comfortable upright riding , the original square headlight was replaced with a round one as the owner had a fairing on it and wouldn't fit the square but i like the round one better and it's staying .
