How can I get music from Windows Media Player into the iTunes so I can put in on the iPod?

It's so easy even I can't do it!

My files are all MP3 already.

you should be able to drag mp3 files from windows explorer into itunes and it will convert them on the way in maybe...

open up the windows folder with the mp3's in, have itunes open on the grey bar at the bottom. Select all the mp3's you want to copy and drag them down to the iTunes bar at the bottom and keep the mouse button held down until the itunes window pops up, then release the mouse button over the "library" bit in the left hand side...

should work, and there's probably an easier way to do it but that's how I get down in itunes :)
