Mine is to stop gobbling and swallowing so much and to spend more time masticating.

Mrs Wyrdness is always on at me to eat more slowly and to chew my food before I swallow it, so I'm going to try to chew everything at least 30 times before swallowing. It's supposed to help with your weight too and I could do with losing a few pounds. Even with 4-5 mile runs a couple of times a week, I'm still gaining weight.

metalmonkey
01-01-09, 01:56 PM
Okay so I need to set myself some goals;

1 Sort out work, so I know where I stand.
2 Get back into the gym, start swiming again and martial arts, can you belive I used train 5 times week. I'm getting fat again!
3 I would like to get my ACU Licence
4 Like to get IAM bike done.
5 Work out a budget and a savings plan
6 Have a lot more fun and go out more, than I currently do.
7 Cook more food which will be healther.
8 Drink less at home, eg drink socially
9 Chill out a lot more and relax, that will come 1.

Have a good one folks, lets see how many I keep to!
