Must be the 1st time I've been 100% legal for years :mrgreen: (Anyone know how the baffle comes out? I tried drilling the rivit out, but it's still solid :()

I've heard sometimes you need to shove a broom handle up there to get it out, but that's only rumour and hear say.

My ex-wife was a midwife, she said the same thing about some of the ones she delivered

My micron had an allen key up inside the end of the exhaust. Have a poke around see if you can find it!!

Tried that as well, but it still wants to stay there. Maybe I should leave it well alone :)

That will do then, I'll leave it as it is. Haven't had time to ride it yet, but will see what it's like tomorrow.

Looks great!!!

Is the Micron a slip-on???
If so... Will the carbs have to be re-jetted???

Carbs should be fine, I've been running a race can on it since I bought it, so if anything, it should run smoother.
I cleaned & polished it last night & now it's going to get very dirty riding to work :(

i have scorpion with baffle on this and had to drill the rivet- then like tim says put a broom handle up the link pipe end and knock it out.

Micron didn't make a slip-on for the Curvy SV, only a full system, or is that a bodge job you have done?

Thats the way to do it, remove the can only and then push a broom handle through the inlet side and knock the baffle out.

Yes most of the Microns are welded, although I think it was the Delta+ which had the removable baffle.

BODGE JOB??????????????????????????????????????????
I resemble that remark :D:mrgreen:

Yes it was, a very big bodge, but it works. The brand new can was £60 + delivery, so I couldn't say no really.
