115mm air gap should do you fine mate.
What springs are you using and what weight oil?

Thanks Sideshow
0.85 springs and thought I'd try 15W oil. I weigh in at just over 12 stone without gear.
How much oil do I need to buy to achieve that level? 500ml or litre?

it's like 489ml or something - check the how to's on this website.

489ml in each leg IIRC - get a litre.

Double check my measurement on the how to's! I could well be wrong.

Just checked manual (forgot I had an electronic version at work and didn't think it would be in there anyway)
States (for a curvy - forgot to mention that) that fork oil level is 102mm standard and capacity is 491ml per leg. IIRC you measure the level before replacing the spring and spacer.
Just occurred to me: presumably you have to cut down the spacer when you install emulators? I got them second hand with no instructions.
