i hope you wiped it off afterwards...
if i had a bike like that, i'd never be able to ride it, i'd park it in the front room and just sit staring at it all day
It was also at the EXPO at NEC last week - but I preferred the Brutale ..

There's a guy in his 70s who lives a couple of miles from me who has an MV Agusta F4 Tamburini edition in his climate controlled garage on a podium. It's never been ridden on the road, only on a dyno. He spent 1600 quid having the factory race cans and chip installed and it's never turned a wheel. He sold a mint RC30 for 6 grand to some chancer to make the space for it, the exact same RC30 I came very close to buying new in 1989 from our local Honda dealer. He also has a Ducati 748SP that has never been above 70mph, because that's the speed limit.

I met a guy in his 70s at Squires once. He owned a Benelli Tornado. It was mint condition one, with only a couple of thousand miles on it. He said the guy that owned it before him had been frightened by it, and part es'd it. HE also said he owned a Duc and had a garage full of decent minters. Nobody in that car park believed that he owned the bike, and some hung around until very late waiting for him to get on it. Eventually he went home.......
