What kind of sick to$$er are we dealing with here? (http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20090115/twl-adolf-hitler-is-taken-into-care-3fd0ae9.html) What part of the father did not think this was a stupid and utterly disrespectful thing to do?

Three young children with Nazi-themed names, including a boy called Adolf Hitler, have been taken into care.

Officials removed Adolf Hitler Campbell and his sisters, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie, from their home in Holland Township, Sergeant John Harris said.

Mr Campbell said he named his son after Hitler because he liked the name and because "no-one else in the world would have that name".I am truly shocked. What an insensitive b*stard. Poor kids.

Discuss if you will.

Is unbelievable Maria.... obv didn`t spare a thought for how his kids are going to be treated once they`re adults? Imagine somebody applying for a job and putting name... Adolph Hitler on the application form!!! very much doubt he`d get the job

A friend of mine's grandad nearly got himself nicked "for taking the pi$$" because his name is norman stanley fletcher, but he was around before the TV program...

Not quite sure why they've been taken into care for their names :confused:, but I think there should be measures put in place to prevent innapropriate naming of children.

Where was this anyway? wasn't there recently a case where parents were prevented from calling their child something innapropriate - Canada wasn't it?

I've heard some daft ones spawned in some of the estates around here, I would guess they were taken into care for something else... as this guy sounds like a nutter!

Im aware of the distruction that hitler brought, and I dont think that is funny.

But i dont find it funny enough to get into an argument over, becasue I also agree that it is not a very smart of kind thing to do.

Makes the boy named Sue look like he over reacted a little bit!!
