Big and nub works well though lol. They're OK, but nothing amazing.

I have Dominators and whilst they improve the looks no end, they are fairly sh1te at night outside of streetlit areas.
Always looking for a really nice streetfighter twin set up ..........anyone seen any?:smt083
is that with the standard bulbs or do u think it would improve it if i was to put a pair of nightbreakers in them

Nah, I replaced the standards with (I think!) Philips xtreme power. As I said, if you only do "urban" then the improvement in form more than outweighs function.

Yeah you will have a fun time hiding all the wiring too

3" rubber marine exhaust hose split along the side worked for me to hide the wires until i took mine off because they were carp. They do look nice but the beam pattern is unbearable. Unless you are doing all your rideing under streetlights dont bother, with headlights it has to be function over form as you will find out.
Anyone fitted Busa headlight units?

Not fitted one, but have ridden a 'fighter with one fitted, stock bulbs and they work far better than most aftermarket units on the market!

As said about the wiring and the visibility but also it'll look daft if its your first/only mod imo.
most bikes pull it off from a distance or some angles but I've not seent hat many that it really suits.

I want to do the buell light conversion but it costs £££££££££
I used to have them on the SV. They look good enough. But I got fed up of not seeing where I was going on unlit roads. The main beam and dip difference is also too much. You either have to have the lights pointing at the ground so when main beam comes on they shine in the right place. Or have the main beam hitting the tree branches.
Good enough for street roads. Country roads they are naff.

Ape what was that bowl headlight you had on one of your bikes? or could you recommend any? My standard has a crack in the plastic bowl and the rim is pretty square.

HID.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:rolleyes:
give me HID anyday. HID works better if the bubs are non H4 (both beams in one)...obviously this is doe to the lights fitted to a bike, my main one is on a bmw so a H1 replacement. my dip beam is awesome... the high beam just doesnt get used anymore :smt040

It's just a basic universal chrome headlight. Got it from busters or somewhere like that. It's the one I have fitted to the SV now in replacement for the dominator lights.
