Just bought a 2007 SV650s, and love it. I don't have the owners manual, and I can't find the valve for the reserve gas tank. It has one right?
Would hate to get stuck in the middle of no where.
Many thanks!!

No reserve unfortunately, just a little flashing light.
Welcome to the org btw :)

Those bad old days are long gone. Tap free! Think about filling up when the the yellow light stays on. So now when running low on the go-juice you can still overtake with confidence and with two hands on the bars!
I get between 135 - 155, seen nearly 170miles if I am being particularly good.
Hello and welcome. Good choice. Fun bike. :)

Aye the truth being i nearly saw 170 this week cos I got a nice big screw in my rear tyre to keep the nail thats been in there for months company. By the time I got home it has been 15PSI.
So, boring and slow.....and bricking myself.
New boot last night, and I solemly promise to get happy on the loud handle ASAP and have the wee SV drinking big. [-o<:)

Correction: The good old days are gone, sadly we're now tap free, so now there's one more thing to go wrong.

Or one less thing to forget to turn back to "on" when you fill up perhaps?
