Thats handy for the dealership you take your car to, then you get the bill for the parts the car needs. Suddenly £40 for an MOT didn't seem so steep...

Hmmm - many thanks for that, mine has been sat in the drive all winter as I haven't been arsed to MOT it - preferring to use the bike through the snow instead of a four wheel drive car with heated seats (perhaps a free psych exam might be more up my street).

Unfortunately I know it's going to need some work, but seeing as I've failed to find an independent audi shop that's trustworthy round here I fear main dealership may be the only way to go, at least a free MOT will go some way to making up for the correlating "main dealer random extortion" factor.
