This lake is on my uni campus, so we thought we would take a few pics of the ducks! none of the shots have been photoshoped or anything either.

Does anyone know what the cool duck is called? I have never seen one before :cool:

Miss YC might be able to help you identify that duck but I think its a mandarin duck...could be wrong though so dont take my word for it..!

Yup your little black bird is a coot, the very colourful duck is indeed as Mandarin as MissA* said :-). Not actually seen one of those in real life personally, very good pics!

Oh and the one with the red breast is robin :lol: See I can tell you really needed me :-P
