Worksafe vid, 20 seconds (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/lawandorder/4568230/Driver-does-handbrake-turns-on-M62-motorway-after-row-with-girlfriend.html)

You'll get let off with a two-year conditional discharge, it's ok.

They were rubbish handbrake turns aswell......for that reason alone he should be jailed.

Seriously though what a loon, time in a mental institute would do him good.

Performs moves which clearly conform to dangerous driving, then attacks an officer. wtf??? its about time the courts started backing up the police and protecting them and the public, admit assault on an officer 10 years, dont admit it and get found guilty, 20 years. Our legal system is a joke.

Man what a pathetic sentence. Punching and kicking a police officer and driving the wrong way down a motorway? What a complete ****

I just can't understand how he avoided going to prison. WTF? What do you have to do to get banged up these days?

I don't get what he was trying to do?
He pulls over, 2 people seem to get out, then he turns back into the traffic, but changes his mind... wtf?

Sure someone with more legal savvy then me will correct but I think it means if he is brought up before the courts again within 2 years this offence will be taken into consideration or maybe that if he is back in court he can be resentenced for this offence??
