Did agree with one point, After not appointing one of our african staff for a promotion, One of my fellow managers was accused of not giving the bloke the job because he was Black. Unfortunatly the person that got the job was a West Indian which the Complianant didnt know at the time. He has now had to retract his staement and apolgise to the Manger that did not appoint him and go through the normal interveiw feedback that we offer to all unsuccessful candidates. Otherwise a complete load of drivel from the bloke

But what you've got there is an example of one black bloke being a muppet. White people do not have exclusitivity on muppethood. Black people can be muppets too. I'm willing to bet there is the same proportion of black muppets as white muppets out there. But what Nick Griffin is doing in that part is saying "look heres an example of a black bloke being a muppet, ergo all blacks are muppets" (I believe his words are that "blacks (inclusive) have a chip on their shoulder because Obama made president, and therefore any time they don't get a promotion it must be because they're black").

What would happen if it had new non racist leadership and changed to English Nationalist Party with all members swearing allegiance to the flag as in America?
