Hello i was on my way into town today and stoped for the traffic lights on pulling away i stalled, as i went to re-start the bike it was only turning over not fireing after 10second it fired up but only on one cylinder. The bike sounded like a wet fart and strugled to run really, now im back home i found out only the front cylinder is working because i took the rear plug cap off and the bike ran, but when i put it back on and took the front plug off it did not run. So there is no spark to the rear cylinder but as i took the cap off i managed to pull the HT lead out but i pushed this back as this should not make a differance as it was not fireing in the first place? So any suggestion would be help full (p.s SV650 SK6) thanks, Dom
check the connections to the ignition coils, they are fitted low down either side of the engine with crappy little spade connectors, easily corroded.
Also, popping the bike into dealer mode might give you some clues, particularly if there is a coil down.

c00 indicates no errors, no problem, it doesnt detect everything. I would have expected something from a faulty coil though, codes c24 or c25 relate to faulty ignition on either cylinder.

The coils are the same as each other. I'm wondering if the coil is okay but its the connection to the HT lead/cap that is the problem, might be a faulty HT lead and/or cap itself. You may be able to pick up a couple of coils cheap on ebay.
I have the exact same happen to me last week, appart from mine was the front cylinder.
I also got no error codes to indicate the coil was fubar'd.
On my '00 I had a similar problem. Rather than than spend the cash on the coil straight out I removed the lead from the spark plug end and redid it. Has been running happily like that now for a couple of years. (though I did have help in that the bike shop told me I needed new coils *because* of a lose conection between the lead and the plug cover...)

this is what makes me think the coil may be ok but the HT lead be knackered. Stick a finger in the HT lead hole and fire it up to check :-) (DONT DO THIS, ONLY JOKING!!!!)
